Online Check-in: • As required by Barcelona law, all occupants’ data must be registered. You will receive an email to provide these details online. • A damage deposit of €200 is required, payable by card before your arrival. This deposit will be refunded in full via credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection. • Online check-in must be completed at least 48 hours before your arrival date, including the tourist tax and security deposit. Upon Arrival: • There will be no personal welcome at the apartment. • Access codes for the apartment will be provided one day before your arrival, only if the online check-in is completed. Additional Rules: • Groups: Parties, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, are not allowed. • Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the number originally booked. • Respecting Neighbors: Please avoid excessive noise at all times to respect neighboring residents. • Responsibility for the Apartment: You are responsible for returning the apartment and all its furnishings and equipment in good condition upon departure. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate eviction without any refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Other Highlights: • Basic products like salt, oil, sugar, or detergent are not provided. • Bed linen and towels are supplied for all guests. • Extra pillows, blankets, or exchanges of towels and bed linen are not provided. • Daily cleaning is not provided.
